Alicia is responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering phones and providing administrative support to our dental team. Her attention to detail and excellent organizational skills help ensure that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Alicia takes pride in getting to know our patients, making sure they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through our door. Meet Amanda, our multi-talented front desk coordinator and dental assistant. Amanda is an invaluable member of our team and is dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients. As a dental assistant, Amanda is trained in all dental procedures, preparing patients and providing chairside assistance to our dentists. She is known for her friendliness and caring demeanor, which help patients feel at ease during their appointments. Amanda’s experience in both dental assisting and front desk administration allows her to provide comprehensive support to our patients, whether they need help scheduling an appointment or have questions about their treatment. We are lucky to have her on our team and know that you will appreciate her friendly and professional demeanor when you visit our office.

Meet our dedicated insurance specialist, Heather. Heather has been with our practice since 2016 and is an expert in navigating the complex world of dental insurance. She has a deep understanding of dental insurance policies and can help you understand your benefits and maximize your coverage. She is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, submitting claims and resolving any issues that may arise. Heather’s attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that our patients receive accurate and timely insurance processing. In addition to her insurance expertise, Heather is known for her friendly and approachable manner. She is always willing to answer questions and provide guidance to patients who may be confused or unsure about their insurance coverage.

Emily is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist who takes pride in helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Born in Vietnam, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Vietnam National University before moving to the United States in 2015. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Emily enjoys building strong connections with patients and ensuring they feel comfortable during their visits.

After arriving in the U.S., she pursued her passion for dentistry and graduated with a 4.0 GPA and high honors from the Hagerstown Community College Dental Hygiene Program. With her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, Emily is committed to educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and providing gentle, thorough care.

Outside of work, Emily loves spending quality time with her family, especially her son. She also enjoys practicing yoga in her free time, which helps her maintain balance and wellbeing. Her warm personality, dedication and excellence in patient care make her a valued member of our dental team!

Tinny was born and raised locally in Silver Spring, Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland, College Park, in 2011. During her gap years, she worked with Dr. Henry Lee as a dental assistant. Tinny completed her dental hygiene certification at Howard University College of Dentistry. She had received an Anne Chenault Scholarship for academic excellence, and she graduated with top honors. Tinny joined our practice in 2016 as a dental hygienist. She enjoys building relationships with patients of all age groups, but her passion lies in community health. Her goals include providing personalized care to all her patients and educating them about how to achieve optimal oral and systemic health. She is bilingual in Cantonese and English, and she is certified in local anesthesia. Her hobbies include volunteering in community clinics, being a mom to her two children, and working out on her Peloton.

Bessy is our newest dental assistant and brings enthusiasm and a hard work ethic to our team. Bessy has been working in the dental field since 2023 and is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our patients. As a dental assistant, Bessy takes great care to ensure that each patient receives the individualized attention they need. She is committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment for our patients and follows strict infection control protocols to ensure their health and well-being. At our practice, we believe that each member of our team plays a vital role in providing exceptional dental care, and Bessy is no exception. We are thrilled to have her on board and know that you will appreciate her expertise and warm personality when you visit our office.

Meet our dental assistant Reszel. She has been an essential part of our dental practice since 2017, providing exceptional patient care and support to our team and dentists. She has since accumulated extensive experience in the dental field. She is trained in taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments and preparing patients for dental procedures. Her attention to detail, gentle chairside manner and ability to communicate with patients make her an asset to our team. We are fortunate to have Reszel on our team, and we are confident that she will make your dental visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
